Теоретико-методологические основы экономической оценки историко-культурного наследия (памятников истории, архитектуры и археологии) народов мира, повреждения и утраты наследия, примеры подходов и методов экономической оценки объектов культурного наследия и христианских ценностей изложенные в работах доктора Гаспаряна, были открытием в теории оценки и стали основой образовательного процесса цикла сертификации для подготовки оценщиков-экспертов по экономической оценке культурного наследия в России и везде.

For special merits in protecting the cultural heritage of the Armenian Highlands, preventing culturecide, genocide, developing theory & methodology of the economic assessment of historical heritage

Dr. Martik Gasparyan is an academician, Soviet, Russian, Armenian economist, cultural scientist, historian, political scientist, independent appraiser, auditor, forensic financial and economic expert, doctor of economic sciences, professor.

The theoretical and methodological foundations of the economic assessment of historical and cultural heritage (historical, architectural and archeological monuments) of the peoples of the world, damage and loss of heritage, examples of approaches and methods of economic evaluation of cultural heritage objects and Christian values, set forth in the works of Dr. Gasparyan, were a discovery in the appraisal theory and became the basis of the educational process of the certification cycle for the training of appraisers-experts in the economic assessment of cultural heritage in Russia and everywhere.

The studies of Dr. Gasparyan as the source have been cited more than a hundred times by the open universal encyclopedia Wikipedia and the Great Soviet Encyclopedia (БСЭ).
