Mit einem Anteil von knapp 40 Prozent hat China die Führung unter den
Geldgebern in der Brics-Bank. Auch bei der neuen Asiatischen
Infrastrukturinvestment-Bank (AIIB), deren Hauptsitz in Peking
entstehen soll, nimmt das Land eine Führungsrolle ein. Bei der
Gründungszeremonie für die AIIB-Bank im Juni waren 57 Nationen
vertreten. Gegen den Widerstand der USA hatten sich auch viele
westliche Länder wie Deutschland und England der Bank angeschlossen.
